Global Services Product Manager for Infrastructure Solutions

Role Overview
The Infrastructure Solutions Global Services Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Vertiv’s global lifecycle service offerings for integrated infrastructure solutions, including fully integrated power solutions, modular and containerized data centers, and skid-based systems. These solutions are designed to be deployed rapidly, interconnected, and scaled to meet evolving customer requirements while accelerating time to token (TTT).
This role owns the global services portfolio strategy for Infrastructure Solutions from concept through global deployment. The focus is on enabling customers to maintain, operate, optimize, and extend the lifecycle of these integrated data center solutions through standardized, scalable, and digitally enabled service offerings.
The role partners closely with Infrastructure Solutions product management, engineering, global and regional services teams, digital teams, and commercial organizations to ensure service readiness, consistency of delivery, and strong installed-base capture with recurring services revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Service Portfolio Strategy & Development
- Define and own the global lifecycle services roadmap for Infrastructure Solutions, including modular, containerized, and skid-based data center solutions
- Translate customer needs for availability, reliability, scalability, operational simplicity, and speed of deployment into standardized service offerings
- Develop clear, repeatable service definitions including scope, entitlements, service levels, and value differentiation
- Ensure offerings support the full lifecycle: commissioning, operations, optimization, expansions, retrofits, and end-of-life
Global Deployment & Regional Enablement
- Partner with regional services teams to deploy global service offerings consistently and at scale
- Develop and maintain global service artifacts, including:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Service delivery playbooks and deployment models
- Balance global standardization with regional flexibility to address local regulatory, labor, and customer requirements
New Service Launch & Innovation
- Lead market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis for Infrastructure Solutions services
- Launch new global service offerings, including pilots, global rollouts, and sales and delivery enablement
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Solutions engineering and product teams to influence design-for-serviceability, modularity, and digital readiness
- Identify opportunities to bundle services with solutions at time of sale to improve customer outcomes and attach rates
Commercialization & Value Pricing
- Define value-based pricing methodologies aligned to customer outcomes such as uptime assurance, faster deployment, risk reduction, and operational cost optimization
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations to establish pricing guidance, margin targets, and deal governance
- Equip sales teams with clear value messaging, customer ROI narratives, and service positioning for solution-led deals
Lifecycle Performance Management
- Track service adoption, attach rates, execution quality, and customer outcomes across the installed base
- Use field feedback, service analytics, and customer insights to continuously refine offerings
- Support the development of KPIs tied to customer value, recurring revenue growth, and global consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field
- 7–12+ years’ experience in services product management, lifecycle services, integrated infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, thermal, controls, and modular or containerized solutions
- Experience developing global service offerings deployed across multiple regions
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across product management, engineering, services, sales, and digital teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline and customer-centric mindset
