We are seeking a Global Sales Operations Specialist to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across our worldwide sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and optimizing core sales processes that support revenue growth and improve the seller and customer experience. You’ll act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to ensure processes are clearly defined, adopted, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Design & Optimization

  • Map, document, and maintain global end-to-end sales processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in the sales cycle; propose and implement improvements.
  • Ensure processes align with global business objectives while allowing for regional adaptations.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead change management efforts for process updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Create training materials, documentation, and enablement content to drive adoption of process best practices.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out process updates effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, IT/CRM teams, and Finance to align on system requirements and process design.
  • Support the evaluation and rollout of tools that enable scalable process execution.
  • Ensure feedback loops are in place with frontline sellers and managers to continuously refine processes.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor process KPIs (cycle times, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion rates).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership based on process data and seller feedback.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and bring innovative ideas to improve sales efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Process Management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of global B2B sales motions (direct, channel, enterprise, commercial).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), CPQ, and related sales technologies.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption across global teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into process improvements.
