Global Rewards Manager at a glance...
You will continuously improve and transform the Kraft Heinz Global Bonus, Wellbeing, and Recognition processes and systems, impact short-term program design and contribute to Kraft Heinz' long-term Global Rewards strategy, policies, programs, and digitalization process across more than 40 countries.
What's on the menu?
  • Own the global wellbeing and recognition programs and systems, including short-term improvements and strategic (long-term) development
  • Manage and execute end-to-end global bonus processes and payouts working closely with Finance, ZBB, and Communications
  • Responsible for ongoing management of global healthcare, business travel and global pension plan policies, eligibility, cost management, and administrative tools and resources
  • Lead analysis, documentation, research, and continuous improvement activities of global benefit plans, wellbeing, compensation and recognition programs, processes and systems
  • Manage, contribute, support, and execute special projects and processes (long-term and short-term) such as digitalization of global rewards processes, improvement of global compensation & benefits programs, and global rewards framework design, e.g., job evaluation simplification, global leave policy, recognition framework, rewards architecture
  • Support research, design, and development of the framework and governance of rewards programs, including base pay, short-term incentive pay, long-term incentive programs, healthcare, retirement/pension, recognition, and wellbeing
  • Evaluate market practices, competitive positioning and program design

  • I have 5+ years of experience in Compensation / Benefits / Total Rewards / HR / or related areas.
  • I have excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • I am proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • I have prior experience with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.
  • I have experience in project management, prioritizing and planning
  • I have the ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
