The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
You will be a product leader for our innovative autonomous coding platform, that uses AI technology to automate the accurate coding and reimbursement of health care claims and to improve the quality of health care. Our cross-functional agile teams develop medical coding products that are designed to optimize revenue cycle operations. As a(n) Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Gather and analyze customer data from various sources (e.g., usage logs, surveys, feedback), identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and track product performance to support data-driven decision-making and identify areas for product improvement.
- Conduct market research to assess the competitor landscape and stay informed on healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Develop data visualizations, reports, and insights for stakeholders, including results from A/B testing and experiment analysis, to support product and business decisions.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features, contribute to roadmap development, and set clinical and technical direction in alignment with product strategy.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and coordinate with product owners, business leaders, developers, and others, while championing Agile principles across the organization.
- Support team effectiveness by fostering an environment of innovation and professional growth, and maintaining accountability for conflict and change management to ensure productivity
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university AND Eight (8) years of clinical software experience.
OR
- High school diploma/GED AND Fourteen (14) years of clinical software experience.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Healthcare expertise including analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools ( Power BI, QuickSight).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related field.
- Experience working with product management methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with distributed teams.
- Experience applying structured and methodical approaches to problem-solving.
- Experience providing direction and influencing stakeholders or team members.

Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
