Job Description SummaryIn this role you will operate in lockstep with Order-to-Cash (O2C) functions and IT product owners to create a smooth support model for managing O2C processes. Your priority is to maintain integration and alignment of goals with a broad set of Global based stakeholders such as CFOs, Cash Leaders, Operational Leaders, 3rd Party Business Process Owners and IT Product Managers. Being part of a global team, you will be based remote.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

  • Demonstrate excelling business acumen, possess a deep understanding of finance processes linked with Account Receivable space;

  • Drive engagement with the finance teams to understand emerging business needs with process enhancements;

  • Key focus areas include managing applications linked to invoicing, cash collections and cash applications. Overview cash collections and dispute management processes within the GE HealthCare businesses across the globe;

  • Be the go-to person on High Radius (HRC) related support issues and resolution cycle;

  • Support the day-to-day cash collection team on processes, systems (HRC, Treasury & ERPs) and new challenges;

  • Take ownership for the strategy and tactical implementation plan to effectively manage cash collections, dispute management and Invoice-to-Cash reporting. This includes keeping standard work and SOPs up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business or Systems;

  • 8 plus experience in the Invoice-to-Cash processes;

  • In-depth understanding of High Radius (HRC) processes and modules;

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, market and execute programs.

  • Established project management skills;
