    2. Collaborate closely with internal Product, Editorial, Content, and Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment on global business objectives.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic business development, or affiliate marketing. Prior experience at a major e-commerce platform, cross-border agency, or premier publisher (e.g., Rakuten, Honey, RetailMeNot) is highly preferred.
    2. Industry Network: A proven track record and an established network of direct contacts among global retailers, premium beauty/fashion brands, or major digital agencies.
    3. Affiliate Expertise: Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and proficiency with major affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten Advertising, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin).
    4. Cultural & Market Acumen: Exceptional insight into the consumer psychology, shopping habits, and media consumption of the global Chinese/Asian diaspora, with a strong grasp of social commerce trends.
    5. Language Skills: Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in English are required for effective cross-border communication and executive-level negotiations.
    6. Analytical & Resilient: Highly data-driven with strong commercial acumen. Proven ability to thrive under pressure and drive results during high-intensity Q4 peak shopping seasons.
