Marketing Systems & Operations Support
- Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of the marketing technology ecosystem (SFDC, Marketo, Showpad, Adobe Experience Cloud).
- Support the administration of Marketo programs, campaign workflows, list management, and reporting.
- Coordinate the LMR review process to ensure marketing assets meet compliance, branding, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and track marketing asset performance, helping maintain governance and ensuring accurate metadata and library structure.
- Support PO processing, vendor onboarding tasks, and documentation related to KOL governance and compliance.
- Assist in piloting and documenting the use of AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Support note taking, follow-ups of critical meetings and organize meetings that help co-ordinate critical marketing activities and operations
Integrated Campaign Execution
- Support creative development workflows and help manage the execution of global Imaging campaigns.
- Coordinate “always-on” programs such as email nurtures, webinars, and digital marketing activities.
- Provide logistical and project support for KOL and Thought Leader advocacy boards and events.
Marketing Excellence & Enablement
- Assist with internal Imaging communications, content preparation, and distribution coordination.
- Support planning and logistics for the annual global marketing summit.
- Help maintain training materials and assist with organizing training sessions.
Team Operations & Collaboration
- Contribute to KPI tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Support budget tracking activities, including spend documentation and vendor estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering feedback and helping drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
- Working knowledge of key marketing platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience supporting omni-channel campaign execution.
- Detail-oriented with analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in learning new tools, systems, and AI-driven marketing capabilities.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
