Novanta is seeking a Global Marketing Director to build and lead its global marketing function. This role will define the company’s market narrative, drive enterprise demand, and position Keonn, a Novanta Company, as a leader in the emerging “store intelligence” category. The position is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for scaling marketing operations and supporting a partner-led go-to-market strategy.

Keonn Technologies, a Novanta Company, is a Barcelona-based retail technology company specializing in RFID solutions, real-time store intelligence, and AI-driven retail automation. With deployments across more than 1,600 stores globally, Keonn is evolving from a hardware leader to a full physical-store intelligence platform enabling the “intelligent store.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging.

  • Lead brand transformation toward a platform-based, AI-driven offering.

  • Drive product marketing, including value propositions, launches, and ROI storytelling

  • Build and manage partner co-marketing programs with key ecosystem players.

  • Develop enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing programs.

  • Lead PR, thought leadership, analyst relations, and major industry events.

  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with tools, content, and competitive insights.

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team and infrastructure.

First-Year Priorities

  • Establish and launch a refreshed brand and messaging strategy.

  • Introduce the “store intelligence” narrative globally.

  • Build a scalable demand generation and marketing operations engine.

  • Launch key partner marketing initiatives.

  • Deliver a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit.

Requirements

  • Senior B2B marketing leadership experience in enterprise technology

  • Experience building a marketing division

  • Experience Marketing RFID-Enabled solutions

  • Proven success in marketing complex hardware + software/platform solutions

  • Strong background in product marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning

  • Experience with partner ecosystems and co-marketing strategies

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value

  • Experience leading global teams and working across regions

  • Excellent English (additional languages are a plus).

Compensation And Benefits

  • The base pay for this position is $166,500 to $248,000 per year.

  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
