Compensation Package : $102,700.00 - $137,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility

What you'll be doing.
- Lead global utility systems strategy, standards, and governance across refrigeration, steam, HVAC, water, and energy systems
- Establish and maintain engineering standards, technical specifications, and capital project design requirements
- Drive global reliability programs, including preventive/predictive maintenance, RCA, and FMEA methodologies
- Act as technical leader for Process Safety Management (PSM) and refrigeration systems, including ammonia safety and compliance
- Support capital projects through concept development, engineering reviews, lifecycle cost analysis (TCO/TPC), and execution oversight
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, FSQ, procurement, and finance to align engineering and reliability initiatives
- Lead global supplier and OEM strategy, including performance evaluation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement global engineering SOPs, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize SAP Plant Maintenance and reliability data systems to enable data-driven decisions and performance insights
- Build and lead a high-performing global engineering organization, including coaching, capability development, and succession planning
What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in utilities, reliability, and industrial engineering within a global manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary, cross-regional teams
- Deep expertise in refrigeration systems, utilities, Process Safety Management (PSM), and asset management systems
- Experience with capital projects, engineering design, and equipment lifecycle cost analysis
- Advanced data analytics capability, including SAP PM or equivalent enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, mass flow diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar 2D CAD tools
- Demonstrated ability to apply TCO/TPC modeling for financial and strategic decision-making
