The position is also responsible to manage tire & composite key accounts, introducing with technical support NPI at tire accounts and develop the Composite specialty sales.Responsibilities Include:
- Driving growth and optimizing profitability (balancing plant loading / Maximizing prices).
- Developing appropriate strategy in close collaboration with Global sales leader and Global PM to secure sustainable market share in America
- Ensuring execution of the strategies and removing roadblocks that may prevent adoption.
- Introducing NPIs at Tire accounts with support of ADE, and creating new opportunities and execute the closing of new targets.
- Responsible for the OFS in the region including at customers not under direct responsibility plus Tire-accounts in North America under her responsibility
- Directly responsible for about 15 - 20 accounts including Global key account in the Tire & Composite market.
- Develop, drive and execute specialty composite strategy in close collaboration with the Global Sales Leader and the Global Marketing Leader.
- Responsible to drive and lead strategy and sales execution at customers managed by other account managers (in collaboration with Global sales leader and regional segment leader).
- Work closely in conjunction with Global sales leader and PM to drive results
- Effectively collecting market intelligence and feeding it back into Salesforce
- Developing and rolling out key metrics, dashboards, and relevant data that will need to be collected in order to make full use of the CRM-platform, ensure visit reports, contacts and other key data are recorded
- Pro-actively solving business problems that prevent us from achieving our sales targets
- To be successful, this role will need to work closely with other members of the CAS/P&E team including the regional segment leader, the ADE’s, the Global Product Manager, to ensure that all plans and strategies are aligned
- Travel Requirements 50-70%
The following are required for the role
- B.S. Degree in chemical or science related field
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- 10 years of professional experience in chemical or composite or tire industry with at least 3-5 of those years in a sales related role
- Working knowledge of industrial market trends, customers, and technologies
- Strong cross-functional manager who can foster teamwork and drive change throughout the organization
- Proven ability to develop and execute on strategies generating positive results
- Creative & emotionally intelligent individual
- Self-directed and able to make difficult decisions quickly
- Solution driven mindset with focus on details and ability to capture the big picture
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player with influential skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, ERP/CRM-tools such as Salesforce & SAP
