Rimini Street is seeking a high energy, dynamic Global Employee Engagement & Communications Manager with the unique talent of curating memorable employee experiences and energizing global workforces through the power of communications and people engagement. This is a remote position, however, if you are located within 50 miles of one of Rimini Street’s corporate offices, this position allows for a hybrid work option.
Position Summary
As our Global Employee Engagement & Communications Manager, you are the designated captain of the party! Your role is integral to our people brand experience, helping to develop, execute, manage and evolve our extraordinary culture that has made us into an award-winning organization, year after year!
Partnering with corporate, regional, and human resources leaders, you will design the next-generation of our employee engagement program, ensure we preserve the best features that has made us into a winning workplace, bring our hybrid and remote workforce together through creative and meaningful in-person and online activities, and amplify our people story - both internally and externally - through social media, internal communications channels, videos, and more! This role reports directly to the VP of Global Brand, Content & Communications, who also oversees the culture and philanthropic programs of the company. The position requires local and potentially global travel and onsite management of various employee engagement related activities such as internal celebrations and gatherings as well as volunteer activities.
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successfully partnering with a variety of stakeholders, executives and global teams (human resources, brand, communications, marketing, etc.). The ideal candidate is a highly organized, out-of-the-box thinker who possesses a remarkable, raw talent for bringing excitement and fun into conversations and in-person gatherings – all while honoring and appreciating the magnificence of diverse cultures and people stories.
Area of focus: Engagement program management, internal event ownership, internal and external communication, employer branding, community, culture building and people empowerment. The ideal candidate should excel in the ability to translate Rimini Street’s brand into an experience that helps strengthen and grow its internal and external community with emphasis on Rimini Street’s culture.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Global Employee Engagement Program Development: Concept, design, evolve and expand employee engagement program initiatives that ensure our growing workforce feels connected, engaged and appreciated. This includes annual celebration programs, employee resource groups, wellness programs, and many more!
- Program Management and Execution: From planning a thoughtful calendar of events, budgeting, preparation, collaboration and on-site/online execution of plans, deliver an extraordinary brand experience, expertly managing it from end-to-end.
- Internal Communications: Provide regular updates to the workforce on the latest, greatest and exciting activities from around the world! Whether through newsletters, TEAMS channels, SharePoint, letters and notes, show the heart of Rimini Street through the power of words.
- External Communications: Partner with Marketing (social media, content, and public relations team), HR and the Rimini Street Foundation to provide strategic, quality content that elevates and promotes our unique people brand.
- Be an Integral Contributor to the Employee Lifecycle: Partner with HR to ensure employee engagement and brand experience are represented in the entire employee lifecycle.
- Power up the Rimini Street Foundation Impact: Partner with the Rimini Street Foundation to develop a calendar of volunteer events across the globe, bringing together people and purpose in the best of ways.
- Keep the Awards Coming!: Manage the global calendar of culture awards including Great Place to Work and many others, working with HR and Marketing to write submissions, ensure timely participation and deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage the Swag Store content offerings while coordinating with HR Operations to ensure product and distribution is provided in a timely manner.
- Metrics and Measures: Partner with HR to survey the workforce as needed. Provide industry benchmarks where possible, and collaborate with various stakeholders on next steps of action.
- Bring on the FUN Factor!: Pump up the energy and make moments memorable for our wonderful workforce! Your effervescence permeates through Rimini Street, translating to strong participation, engagement and human connection.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Marketing, Human Resource, Communication or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering high impact people initiatives in a global environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Sharepoint

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.
Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 96k - 140k depending on skills and experience.
