At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.

The Global Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for supporting, executing, and optimizing top-of-funnel media for global marketing campaigns to fuel pipeline.

Partnering closely with channel managers, campaign managers, and other x-functional players, this role will ensure strategic alignment of top-of-funnel initiatives while driving experimentation in both evergreen and emerging channels. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with and a passion for podcasts, digital newsletters, social media creators, CTV/OTT, virtual events, and out-of-home campaigns — and be keen to test out new brand awareness initiatives.

A metrics-driven mindset is also important, as tracking, reporting, and optimization are daily expectations of this role. This role will have a global focus, supporting initiatives in NAMER and EMEA. While this position is fully remote, an east coast timezone is preferred due to the collaboration with EMEA teams.

What you’ll do as a Demand Generation Manager at Vanta:

  • Execute and Optimize Top of Funnel Campaigns: Manage and scale paid media efforts across top-of-funnel channels such as OOH, OTT, podcasts, influencer marketing, newsletters, and webinars to increase brand visibility and generate pipeline.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally on Campaign Strategy: Work closely with internal teams — including brand, content, design, and marketing operations — to coordinate campaign planning, manage deliverables, execute multi-channel initiatives, and align on key performance metrics.

  • Analyze Pipeline Performance and Drive Improvements: Regularly assess pipeline data to identify performance gaps, implement optimization strategies across channels, and measure impact through consistent reporting and analysis.

  • Evaluate and Test Emerging Channels: Continuously assess the effectiveness of new and existing top-of-funnel acquisition channels (e.g., podcasts, newsletters, content syndication, out-of-home) to determine ROI and scale high-performing efforts.

  • Support Webinar Program Management: Support end-to-end execution of in-house and third-party webinars — including setup, live production, coordination with stakeholders, post-event reporting, and ongoing program refinement.

How to be successful in this role:

  • Paid Media Channel Expertise: Understanding and hands-on experience with top-of-funnel paid media channels (e.g., OOH, OTT, podcasts, newsletters, webinars) to effectively drive awareness and pipeline.

  • B2B SaaS Marketing Experience: Strong background in business-to-business SaaS marketing, with a demonstrated ability to align demand gen efforts to a complex sales cycle and technical product offerings.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with internal teams such as brand, content, sales, and product marketing to launch integrated campaigns and amplify messaging.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in using performance metrics and analytics tools to evaluate channel performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.

  • Program Management & Operational Rigor: Highly organized with a knack for building and scaling structured, repeatable programs that improve efficiency and brand impact across demand generation initiatives.

What you can expect as a Vantan:

  • Industry-competitive compensation

  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage

  • 16 weeks fully-paid parental Leave for all new parents

  • Health & wellness and remote workplace stipends

  • Family planning benefits through Carrot Fertility

  • 401(k) matching

  • Flexible work hours and location

  • Open PTO policy

  • 11 paid holidays in the US

  • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, and Sydney

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary based on candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.

At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all. About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
