Job Description
The Global Corporate Bank Client Onboarding group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of cash management products and services for the clients.
The Client Transition Team will work directly with clients to seamlessly implement new products and create a competitive advantage for the organization. The team is charged to work with client coverage team to establish a platform for consultative discussions and execute complex Treasury solutions that support the client's business goals while growing and retaining revenue for the bank.
As a Client Transition Consultant within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will engage directly with clients to lead strategic discussions and execute solutions on behalf of the client that will enable them to develop greater automation within their treasury operations by leveraging in-house technology platforms, third party solutions, and integration with JPMorgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team operates effectively by adhering to implementation methodology and policies and oversees employee team adherence to policy and procedures
  • Exhibit ownership of the transition experience and client satisfaction and manage client and partner expectations and understanding
  • Maintain a client first culture among the team through open dialogue, encouragement of feedback and attracting and/or retaining superior talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product Management
  • Foster a culture of teamwork with partners and within the Implementation team
  • Develop, scope and execute on internal initiatives as assigned
  • Utilize management reports and metrics to ensure success in meeting the team's objectives
  • Think and act strategically by defining and driving the direction of the business
  • Drive results by demonstrating a consistent track record factoring in adverse/risk control issues and manage issue reporting, risks, dependencies, and planning gaps to resolves issues
  • Innovate by staying abreast of trends and best practices and factors into approach
  • Demonstrate values by promoting an inclusive work environment


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Demonstrate success as a leader within a complex matrix environment: influential partner who can lead and mobilize internal and client technology functions
  • Demonstrate excellent executive skill set; strategic thinking, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written presentation skills and ability to present to large groups and executive management
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of the organization to facilitate the negotiation of critical technology matters on behalf of the client relationship team
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Experience in risk awareness and skills to develop and ensure quality program set ups
  • Convey a professional, knowledgeable and confident demeanor over the phone
  • Proven team leadership and experience in coaching or mentoring other employees
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with the ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Project Management Professional or other Project Management Certifications
  • Previous Client Facing Project Management/consulting experience
  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends


The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer. It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience
