About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Campaigns Manager to help execute and support integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to help bring campaigns to life across multiple channels - from coordinating launches and managing campaign assets to tracking performance and helping optimize results.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to be hands-on in B2B demand generation, campaign execution, and working across a fast-moving, global startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of global multi-channel campaigns per quarter across AMS & EMEA.
- Coordinate campaign launches by working with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, creative, web, and marketing operations.
- Launch integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and generate measurable pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue impact.
- Develop and scale global demand generation programs, including webinar and virtual event initiatives.
- Manage paid media campaigns across vendors and platforms (with emphasis on LinkedIn and Google).
- Monitor campaign performance and help compile reports on key metrics including engagement, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain campaign documentation and support testing and optimization efforts across marketing programs.
What You’ll Have
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and collaborating with different teams.
- A proactive, execution mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment.
