Job Description SummaryGE Healthcare Imaging is looking for a Global Associate Director of Digital and Analytics. This role will be a strategic and hands-on digital leader responsible for accelerating the organization’s digital transformation across priority markets and franchises. This role oversees a team of three associates and drives excellence across digital transformation programs, digital sustaining initiatives, and ROI-driven marketing analytics. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical fluency, strategic business acumen, and people leadership—energized by innovation and motivated to elevate digital maturity across the organization.
This leader will champion the evolution of AI-powered capabilities, strengthen our global website ecosystem, and ensure seamless management and optimization of the commercial tech stack. They will collaborate deeply across marketing, IT, data science, regional teams, and external partners to drive measurable impact, continuous improvement, and scalable digital excellence.

Job Description

Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Lead digital transformation efforts across the Imaging segment by embedding global digital strategies, standards, and initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and operationalize opportunities to integrate AI and automation into marketing programs, customer experiences, and internal workflows.
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of digital tools, frameworks, and governance models to enable effective deployment, scalability, and change management.
  • Oversee the performance, enhancement, and long-term sustainability of digital platforms, including website ecosystems, content management systems, and customer engagement tools.
  • Partner with global and regional teams continually optimize digital channels, including search performance, user experience, and content delivery.
  • Establish and manage processes, KPIs, and performance standards to ensure best-in-class uptime, security, and consistent customer experience across platforms.
  • Champion continuous improvement and serve as a cross-functional connector, ensuring alignment across modalities and advancing the evolution of digital strategy and capabilities.
    • Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate new tools, manage integrations, and maintain system health and compliance.

ROI Marketing Analytics

  • Oversee measurement, reporting, and analytics to quantify digital and marketing performance.
  • Lead development of marketing return on investment calculations and algorithms and oversee translation of these into a daily visual management system
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize investments, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
  • Turn data into actionable insight by translating digital performance, customer behavior, and channel analytics into clear recommendations that drive smarter investment, campaign optimization, and improved commercial outcomes. Enable teams to understand not just the metrics, but the meaning behind them to accelerate insight-led decision making.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, Lead, coach, and develop a new team of associates, defining the direction, activity and priorities of the digital agenda
  • Set critical KPI’s aligned to the GE Healthcare Imaging priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to co-create solutions and ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a global connector to share best practices and innovations.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
  • Experience leading digital or tech-forward teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex digital concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $122,400.00-$183,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
