About the Company You'll Be Working With

You'll be supporting the leadership of a fast-growing, Berlin-based direct-to-consumer fashion brand with a bold identity, a loyal global following, and serious momentum behind it. This is a founder-led business at an exciting stage of growth — dynamic, fast-paced, and deeply driven by vision and culture.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, highly organised German-Speaking Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO and co-owner directly — on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week.

This is a role for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the person the CEO relies on to keep her world organised — managing her calendar, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You won't just be completing tasks; you'll be anticipating needs, thinking ahead, and acting as a trusted right hand.

Fluent, professional German is essential — this is a German-speaking executive and environment. Strong English is equally important. If you're discreet, proactive, and genuinely excellent at what you do, this is a role where that will be noticed and valued.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining the CEO's calendar — scheduling, prioritising, and resolving conflicts with care and foresight

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics

  • Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO — professionally and with appropriate discretion

  • Supporting the preparation and organisation of meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

  • Managing day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks to keep operations running smoothly

  • Anticipating needs and proactively flagging priorities, deadlines, or potential issues

  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the CEO and co-owner

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent German speaker — essential; this is a German-speaking leadership environment

  • Professional-level English — strong written and verbal communication required

  • Additional languages are a welcome bonus

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or virtual assistant — ideally supporting senior leadership

  • Exceptional organisational skills — you manage complexity without losing the details

  • Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy — you handle sensitive information with professionalism

  • Proactive by nature — you don't wait to be told; you anticipate and act

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing your own time effectively

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for scheduling, communication, and task management

What's On Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate (discussed during the interview process)

  • Fully remote position — work from anywhere

  • Part-time role — 20 hours per week

  • Paid annual leave

  • A front-row seat at a fast-growing, founder-led fashion brand

  • Supportive, high-energy team culture

  • Access to The Global Talent Co.'s wider professional community of 25,000+ global professionals

At The Global Talent Co., we believe great talent exists everywhere. We're proud to connect professionals across the globe with companies that value what they bring.
