  • Liaise with Product Marketing to gather local insights and ensure message relevance.

Agency & Asset Management:

  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize live campaign performance across channels and compile regular reports.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and support monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting to surface insights and recommend optimizations.

Campaign Operations & Support:

  • Ensure campaign readiness by managing QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes.
  • Maintain a library of campaign materials, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or campaign execution roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Understanding of U.S. higher education market, sales cycles, and marketing for B2B2C is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • On-time campaign launches and task completion.
  • Quality and accuracy of campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Contribution to campaign performance (e.g., CTR, engagement, lead volume).
  • Efficiency in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of campaign reporting and insights.
