About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager to launch and scale Sully.ai’s operations in Saudi Arabia. As our first in-market leader for KSA, you will own end-to-end P&L responsibility, drive go-to-market execution, and build a high-performing local team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead strategy formulation, government engagement, and operational excellence to establish Sully.ai as a healthcare technology leader in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement Sully.ai’s KSA go-to-market strategy to drive rapid adoption and growth.

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all local operations (sales, partnerships, customer success, finance, HR) ensuring alignment with Sully.ai’s global standards.

  • Financial Management: Own full P&L responsibility, optimize expenses, and ensure financial discipline while driving aggressive revenue targets.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regulators, government agencies, and key partners.

  • Market Expansion: Conduct market analysis, identify new growth opportunities, and adapt Sully.ai’s offerings to meet Saudi healthcare needs.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi corporate, licensing, and healthcare regulations.

Hard Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior general management, country head, or regional leadership role.

  • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS or AI businesses, ideally in the Middle East.

  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership.

  • Deep understanding of the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.

  • Bilingual proficiency: English (required), Arabic (strongly preferred).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.

  • Experience launching and scaling startups or new-market entries.

  • Established network across Saudi healthcare, government, and private sectors.

First-Month Focus

  • Establish relationships with Saudi government bodies, regulators, and healthcare providers.

  • Define a Saudi-specific growth strategy aligned with Sully.ai’s global objectives.

  • Hire and onboard the first local team members to build foundational operations.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

  • Launch Saudi operations with first signed customer contracts.

  • Secure 3–5 strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, or regulators.

  • Build a high-performing local team and operational playbook for scaling.
