About the RoleWe are seeking an HCP Sales Evaluator to review and assess HCP-facing Voice AI sales interactions. In this contractor role, you will listen to and interact with AI-led sales calls and evaluate whether the agent communicates effectively, handles objections appropriately, and operates within expected commercial and compliance standards.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pharma sales or inside/virtual sales, who understands what effective selling to HCPs sounds like and is comfortable making judgment calls on sales quality, messaging, and professionalism.
You’ll work on a flexible schedule, typically averaging 10–20 hours per week, reviewing calls and documenting structured feedback across predefined evaluation criteria.
What You'll DoListen to and evaluate HCP-facing Voice AI sales calls, including prospecting, detailing, objection handling, and follow-up.
Assess sales effectiveness, message clarity, professionalism, and appropriate compliance behavior.
Identify weak messaging, poor objection handling, or inappropriate sales tactics.
Score calls using defined rubrics and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Flag potential performance or compliance risks.
Must-Have:
2–5+ years of experience in pharma sales, medical device sales, or inside/virtual HCP-facing sales roles.
Direct experience communicating with HCPs in a commercial sales context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make clear, precise judgment calls when evaluating sales performance.
Fluency in English.
Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience reviewing recorded sales calls for quality or performance.
Familiarity with virtual detailing platforms, CRMs, or call review tools.
Experience selling specialty or complex therapies.
Exposure to regulated commercial environments.
Experience with digital or AI-enabled sales tools.
