Provides presales solution leadership for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and GRC solutions. Translates customer processes and pain points into configured solution demonstrations, supports sales campaigns, advises customers on risk programs, and collaborates with product and development teams. Maintains solution showcases, shares best practices, analyzes competitors, enables other consultants, and supports marketing events. Requires expertise in risk management, compliance, business continuity, vendor risk, privacy, regulatory requirements, and enterprise environments.
