Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI and ML solutions. Build scalable ML pipelines, LLM and RAG-based applications, vector DB integrations, and agent workflows. Drive MLOps, CI/CD, observability, security, and enterprise model orchestration. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, run Agile development, and shape AI strategy through POCs and platform innovation.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Define best practices for AI system design, model integration, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Drive adoption of AI frameworks, tools, and development standards.
AI/ML Architecture
- Design scalable architectures for ML pipelines, GenAI applications, and AI platforms.
- Build systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent-based AI workflows.
- Define patterns for AI APIs, model orchestration, and enterprise AI integration.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, and reliability.
Development Management
- Lead development teams through Agile development cycles.
- Manage technical delivery, code quality, and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
AI Platform & MLOps
- Oversee implementation of MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models and GenAI applications.
- Ensure robust AI observability, monitoring, and governance.
Innovation & Strategy
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and GenAI platforms.
- Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot AI solutions.
- Contribute to enterprise AI strategy and roadmap development.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
