Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled program manager with IT program and project management experience to serve as the critical link between business managers and technical teams. This role does not require deep technical expertise (such as coding), but it does require the ability to understand the intersection between interrelated tech applications and business goals, exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep projects on track in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be adept at translating business requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively addressing roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

As examples of the types of projects this position could work on, here are several projects we have been or are currently involved in with our current client:

  • Project management of very large unstructured data governance initiative, including managing unstructured data separation strategy and execution for a large-scale spinoff
  • Project management of a large-scale migration from prior versions of SAP and JDE ERPs to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Program management of the ingestion of data into the company’s Common Data Layer (CDL), which is a massive data repository, housing data from hundreds of apps and tens of thousands of tables.
