Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, develop, test, and implement software for business offering expansion. Partner with business teams to uncover business process optimization opportunities. Collaborate with Product Managers to interpret and define business requirements. Partner with leads of global platform teams to implement changes in Solutions for Latin America. Ensure the creation, editing, and maintenance of LATAM Foreign Exchange (FX) product backlogs. Responsible for defining epics, stories, functional test requirements and acceptance criteria. Lead agile ceremonies, feature demonstrations, and retrospectives. Ensure the solutions address risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements. This position requires up to 10% international travel to JPMC LATAM facilities for internal workshops and meetings related to roll-out of new technology solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as FX Lead Analyst, Business Analyst, Scrum/Product Owner, or related occupation.

Job Location: 10410 Highland Manor Dr., Tampa, FL 33610. This position requires up to 10% international travel to JPMC LATAM facilities for internal workshops and meetings related to roll-out of new technology solutions.
