Areas of Focus

Employee Experience & Business Partnership
- Partnering with managers and employees to support engagement, development, performance, and employee relations matters
- Providing guidance on policies, procedures, and people practices
- Supporting organizational change and employee communications
- Helping leaders navigate workforce planning and employee experience initiatives
People Operations
- Managing employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding
- Supporting payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compliance activities
- Maintaining employee records, HR systems, and operational documentation
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies across the People function
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Supporting recruitment, candidate experience, onboarding, and hiring initiatives
- Partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and organizational growth plans
- Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
- Supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Programs, Culture & Engagement
- Supporting employee engagement programs and internal initiatives
- Assisting with learning and development, culture-building, and recognition programs
- Partnering with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace experience
- Supporting employee events, communications, and community-building efforts
Systems, Reporting & Compliance
- Supporting HRIS administration, reporting, and data integrity
- Assisting with compliance initiatives across federal, state, and local employment requirements
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support operational excellence
- Leveraging data and insights to support People-related decision-making
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We welcome professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Human Resources
- People Operations
- Employee Relations
- HR Business Partnership
- Benefits Administration
- Payroll Administration
- Compliance
- Employee Experience
- Talent Acquisition
- Workforce Planning
Successful candidates typically bring:
- 8+ years of progressive experience across Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnership, or related People & Culture functions
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces within a fast-paced, growing, or geographically distributed environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities while balancing employee support and business needs
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workable, ADP, UKG, or similar systems
Preferred:
- Experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams
- PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification
- Experience building, improving, or scaling People programs, processes, and operational workflows
