This new ICBM program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures). The key payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations. Program activities will also include the employment of digital acquisitions through the application of digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures.
BAE Systems, under the Integration Support Contract, is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Future requirements team in their mission effectiveness efforts in support of an advance reentry capabilities program. The future requirements Program Manager will be responsible for the following:

The future requirements Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Serve to establish and implement a baseline Work Breakdown Structure.
- Understand cost and resourcing requirements for fielding new and rapidly acquired systems.
- Communicate frequently and build positive rapport with the Government customer and senior leadership.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings to support the program and represent the future requirements team.
- Identify and mitigate acquisition risks.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that are consistent with the program's digital engineering objectives.
- Identify opportunities for change and champion needed changes within the program.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring metrics and for intervention and problem solving within the team, management, and government customers.
- Knowledge of, and skill in, the use of principles of negotiation as required to reconcile diverse opinions that can arise from conflicts.
- Participate in process improvements initiatives and implement more effective procedures.
- Guide a team supporting our customer in stakeholder engagements providing action officer support.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited program.
- 10 years of experience with program management, or 8 years of experience with Master's degree.
- Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis processes.
- Experience in Mission Effectiveness, mission modeling.
- Direct or indirect experience with intelligence community.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive rapport with a Government Customer.
- Experience in understanding, creating, and managing sound processes.
- Possess Top Secret security clearance.
- Special Access Program (SAP) eligible.
