We are in search of a ServiceNow Functional Consultant who will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of business processes through the strategic implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business process optimization, coupled with expertise in ServiceNow's capabilities, to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, mapping out process improvements, and ensuring that ServiceNow implementations are aligned with business goals.
A Day in the Life
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and mapping of current and future business processes, identifying areas for improvement through ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the technical team.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects that meet business needs.
- Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and utilization of ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and consulting to clients, helping to evolve their ServiceNow environment in line with business changes and growth.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to continually bring value to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in business process consulting, with specific experience in ServiceNow implementations preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and reengineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Experience in change management and facilitating training sessions.
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Functional & Desired Skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist is a plus.
