We are developing a medical learning platform designed to empower our community members by providing structured and unbiased content, optimized for flexibility and efficiency.
We are seeking for experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers who enjoy understanding problems and developing end-to-end solutions for them. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with a backend ecosystem (we use Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Node.js) and JavaScript, React, TypeScript.
What you'll do:
- You will work closely with product managers, and designers developing new features in short and fast iterations.
- You will create user-facing features on our platform with designing data models, developing GraphQL endpoints, and implementing user interface in React & TypeScript.
- You will strive for delivering quality in the solutions you implement.
- Engage in end-to-end testing and improve existing codebase quality

Interview Process:
- Intro Call (30m): Introductory call with a recruiter to get to know you and clarify your possible questions about the role and FOMF.
- Technical Deep Dive (90m): Discuss your past experiences as well as technical discussion around our technology stack with one our Engineering Leads.
- Cultural Interview (60m): Meet with one of the management board members and discuss some cultural aspects of working at FOMF.
