Build, enhance, and support proprietary middle-office treasury, collateral, and trade platforms. Develop backend and frontend features, design and deploy agentic AI workflows, contribute to CI/CD and testing, maintain documentation, provide third-level support, and investigate emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a specialist technology team building and maintaining proprietary software platforms across the treasury, collateral, and trade operations space within a leading funds environment. You will play a key role in delivering new functionality, driving enhancements, and supporting mission-critical systems within a Middle Office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new applications that serve and extend existing software systems
- Further develop and enhance current platform capabilities across multiple modules and architectures
- Contribute to the automated build process in line with development best practices
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to enhance platform capabilities
- Investigate emerging technologies and present findings for architectural review
- Design and conduct testing across new and existing functionality
- Maintain systems documentation and knowledgebase content to support operational efficiency
- Develop documentation and assistance tools to support end users
- Contribute to system releases and provide third-level support as required
- Identify and explore opportunities to add value through continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of Python development experience (FastAPI, PostgreSQL)
- TypeScript and React 18 frontend development
- AWS Cloud Platform, including hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock
- Agentic AI development — designing and deploying autonomous or semi-autonomous agents
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Strands, or equivalent
- Proficient with APIs, service-oriented architectures, and test-driven development
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

- AWS AgentCore; advanced Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
- Event-driven application architecture
