As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain features for an internal product supporting the Sales team, ensuring scalability and performance.
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling a new internal product that directly supports our Sales team and has a significant impact on the company’s revenue.
Your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features — from frontend interfaces to backend services — ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless user experience. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Sales stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to create a product from the ground up, shaping its architecture and technology choices, while ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced features on our application, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and innovation.
- Extensive experience in communicating complex concepts and design ideas.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, hardware, and product management, to iterate and drive feature development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to improve overall application performance.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge development environment.
- Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of services, adhering to best practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, autonomous, and discussion-driven work environment.
- Advanced level in English, both for effective communication and for documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- +2 years of full stack development experience, with a minimum of one year working with NodeJS and with ReactJS.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Expertise in technologies such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Go, Python and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with backend build pipelines and continuous integration/deployment processes (GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience in backend testing frameworks (Jest).
- Proven problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail.
- Handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.

- Fluency in English, both for effective communication and for documentation.
- Designing Sales or SaaS products in B2B companies.
