As a Software Engineer for Dropbox Paper, you’ll thrive in our team if you’re versatile, curious, and able to navigate ambiguity effectively. As the owner of your own impact, you have the freedom to choose how you approach problems. If you see yourself as a software engineer at heart who enjoys finding effective solutions to real-world engineering challenges rather than focusing on specific technology stacks, Paper is the team for you.
While your work will be primarily backend-focused, it will encompass both backend and frontend development, supporting a product with millions of active users. You don’t need to have a long list of technologies and skills to succeed, but you do need to be open to change and comfortable learning new technologies.
You will help strengthen the integration of Paper with Dropbox and guide Paper through the AI era at Dropbox.
