You will work within a collaborative, Agile team environment focused on delivering enterprise-grade, production-ready solutions.

Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI

We will rely on you to:

  • Own end-to-end feature design and implementation, working alongside Tech Leads and Architects.

  • Deploy, operate, and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.

  • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to support application needs.

  • Collaborate effectively in distributed Agile teams through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices.

  • Embrace continuous learning and adapt quickly to new challenges.

What you need to have:

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant professional software engineering experience in production environments.

  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React with TypeScript (Angular is also acceptable).

  • Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS.

  •  Experience with or working knowledge of FastAPI or Django using Python.

  •  Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.

  •  Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

  •  Exposure to deploying and maintaining cloud-based systems.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience with applied generative AI techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.

  • Knowledge of AI agents and prompt engineering techniques.

  • Additional cloud services experience (AWS, Azure).

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.

  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
