Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and integrations on Azure using .NET, Power Platform, and related services. Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures, REST APIs, event-driven microservices, automation pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions. Collaborate with cybersecurity and detection engineering teams to improve SOAR capabilities using Microsoft security products. Perform code reviews, resolve escalated incidents, support on-call operations, and contribute to API governance, security, and platform reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and test Cloud-Native applications using NET, NET Core, Power Platforms in Azure.
- Contribute to the architecture of scalable, fault tolerant designs that meet service SLAs/SLOs.
- Review code and design from other team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to improving the security posture of our Cloud Platform.
- Resolve escalated incidents related to our cloud solutions.
- Build and provide observability support for Azure platform solutions.
- Work with Cyber Defenders and Detection Engineering team to improve and develop SOAR capabilities within the Microsoft security stack.
- Work alongside other branches of the engineering team to convert established processes and workflows into automated processes/pipelines.
- Be accountable for the timely response and progression of automation projects.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience with developing application integrations on Azure Platform using one or more of the following: Azure Web Apps, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, DataVerse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Durable Functions, API management, Services Bus, Event Grid, Rest API’s, Cosmos/PostgreSQL.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Kusto Query Language and PowerShell scripting languages required. ARM Templates, Bicep, Power Platform, Logic and function Apps experience is a bonus.
- Experience with version controls such as GIT.
- Experience with Microsoft security products, specifically Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams automation integrations.
- Ability to design, write, test, and release code in general-purpose languages such as .Net, .Net Core, C# etc.
- Designing and creating Microsoft security products using adaptive cards using Power Apps
- Experience in implementing integration using queues and topics.
- Experience in Event driven and microservice architecture leveraging high throughput, real-time stream processing tools.
- Experience in REST APIs using .NET Core Framework and designing APIs using standards such as Swagger.
- Experience in API Lifecycle, API Management and Governance.
- Experience working with CI/CD solutions (preferably based on GitHub actions, ArgoCD, Artifactory).
- Experience developing proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities for the different components of the platform.
- Experience with monitoring and responding to alerts and issues with ability to be on call as needed.
- Certified Microsoft Azure Developer with working experience in designing and developing Integration solutions using Azure Integration services such as Azure APIM, Logic Apps, App Services, Event Hub
Preferred
- Understanding of
GraphQL, Event Driven Architecture Schemas, API metadata and discovery with Swagger.
- Power Virtual Agent and Bot Framework
- Az-204 Microsoft Certification
- Specific knowledge is Defender and Sentinel will help greatly
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Good understanding of tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise.
- Possesses familiarity with configuration management across a multi-platform estate such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or ARM Templates.
