We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer II to join our team and play a crucial role in designing and maintaining both backend and frontend systems for our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating cutting-edge software solutions and optimizing performance. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex software challenges will be key to your success in this position.

Essential Functions:
  • Application Development: Develop and debug applications across various software languages to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Software Enhancement: Continuously analyze and improve software and code to meet the highest standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize software performance and automate usability features for a seamless user experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of software functionality for future reference and development.
  • System Integration: Integrate new and existing systems seamlessly, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Technology Implementation: Identify and implement innovative technologies to keep our systems at the forefront.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all development adheres to established standards and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily standups, biweekly reviews, and planning sessions, and engage in on-call rotations.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with team members to solve challenging problems and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. We do recognize there are various educational pathways and encourage anyone who believes they are qualified to perform the essential job functions to apply. We review and consider all applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining modern full stack applications
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and scalable software architecture
  • Proficient with a source code management system, such as Git or Bitbucket
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for tracking work items and defects, or similar system
  • Proficient in Azure, C#/.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, and related technologies
  • Experience with Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
  • Full lifecycle experience of at least one software development project

This position has a base range of $95K-105K USD. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the stated range depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic location and level of experience.
