What will you be doing?- Drive sales growth across the full Smith+Nephew portfolio within assigned healthcare accounts throughout the Charlotte, NC territory
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, administrators and key decision makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and clinical support as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and account management
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and territory planning activities
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of successful medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and grow territory performance
- Strong prospecting, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and the ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements
All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
