About the Company

G2i connects subject-matter experts, students, and professionals with flexible, remote AI training work such as annotation, evaluation, fact-checking, and content review. We partner with leading AI teams, and all contributions are paid weekly once approved, ensuring consistent and reliable compensation.

About the Role

We’re hiring Frontend Developers to help train and evaluate next-generation coding agents and AI systems. In this role, you’ll build small to mid-sized web application features, validate AI-generated code, and provide structured feedback on UI/UX decisions and implementation quality.

This position is ideal for developers with 2–6 years of experience who are strong in a modern JavaScript framework and comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools.

Depending on your portfolio strength, you may be matched with one of two active projects that range from high-volume development tasks to more design-focused frontend builds.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using your strongest frontend framework.

  • Review, test, and refine code generated by AI coding assistants.

  • Implement clean, reusable, and maintainable components.

  • Apply strong CSS fundamentals, including Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom styling approaches.

  • Provide feedback on layout, accessibility, and UI/UX clarity.

  • Follow detailed project guidelines for evaluation integrity and task consistency.

  • Communicate clearly with project coordinators and follow milestone-based task delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in frontend or fullstack development.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern framework: React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.

  • Strong CSS fundamentals and experience with component libraries or design systems.

  • Ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into clean UI implementations.

  • Familiarity with Git, modern tooling, and common frontend workflows.

  • Excellent written English communication (B2+).

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, coding agents, or automated code suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI, Chakra, Radix, or similar UI libraries.

  • Portfolio showcasing live projects, GitHub repos, design prototypes, or interactive demos.

  • Prior experience in AI training, LLM evaluation, or annotation environments.

  • Exposure to software testing, QA workflows, or documentation writing.

Why Join Us?

Join a fast-growing team working at the intersection of AI and software development. Your frontend expertise will directly influence how coding agents learn to build real-world web applications. This role offers:

  • Remote, flexible work

  • Weekly payments upon approval

  • Opportunities for recurring project assignments

  • Experience collaborating with leading AI teams

Compensation
Hourly rates are personalized based on your experience level, educational background, location, and industry expertise. You’ll see your specific rate in your contract offer before signing. Rates for technical roles can vary significantly based on these factors and can be re-evaluated for different projects based on your performance and experience.
