 **Job Summary:** 

We are seeking 10 highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelancer-Search Consultants (FSC) worldwide to collaborate with our dynamic U.S. recruitment team. The FSC will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding and connecting with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will deliver a minimum of 20 resumes per week, with at least 10 qualified candidates scoring 7 or 8 out of 10 for immediate resume submission (RSO). 

Please note that these are Freelancer/Channel Partner/Alliance/Independent Contractor roles, not internal hiring. 

 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

-  Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. 

- Conduct thorough market research to understand talent pools and identify key sourcing channels.

 - Reach out to potential candidates through personalized and effective communication methods. 

- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit. - Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current job openings. 

- Ensure the weekly delivery of 20 resumes, with at least 10 candidates scoring 7 or 8, ready for resume submission (RSO).

 - Work closely with the recruitment team, especially the Project Manager, to align sourcing efforts with overall recruitment strategies. 

Requirements

**Qualifications:** 

- Proven experience as a Search Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced recruitment environment. 

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks, experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details) are highly preferred.
