· Timeliness: Projects consistently move through the content review process on or ahead of schedule.

· Process Improvement: A demonstrated reduction in bottlenecks and revision cycles over time.

· Team Development: Positive feedback and observable growth among junior team members.

· Stakeholder Satisfaction: Strong feedback from creative, account, and external partners.

· Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams

Skills:

· Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail

· Effective project management abilities

· Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory standards and approaches for health communications

Mindset:

· Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven

· Collaborative leader and effective mentor

· Passionate about continuous improvement and upholding high standards

· Calm under pressure and energized by complexity
