This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize layouts for annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and other corporate documents.
Collaborate with project managers, editors, and designers to ensure high-quality outputs.
Ensure layouts follow brand guidelines, style standards, and readability best practices.
Participate in client planning sessions to tailor layout solutions to specific requirements.
Support workflow improvements by recommending tools, techniques, or process enhancements.
Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth adoption of design workflows.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in platform or digital project management, client solutions, or operations.
Strong understanding of digital publishing and workflow integration.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and HTML is required.
Excellent communication, training, and client-facing skills.
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working cross-functionally and in a client-centric service organization.
