We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Specialist to sit at the intersection of creative design, performance marketing, and growth strategy. You will lead the design and execution of high-converting visual assets used in campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing. 

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to build and execute a project plan that aligns with operational goals and timelines.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 Growth Strategy
  • Plan and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, email).
  • Define and monitor conversion funnels, user journeys, and KPIs to measure performance.
  • Collaborate with designers to brief and review high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize conversion rates across: visuals, messaging, UX tweaks
  • Develop creative and campaign hypotheses and execute data-driven iterations
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on analytics and market trends.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are aligned with the brand and optimized for conversion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external CRO experts or partners as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to derive actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) for applicable campaigns.
  • Use AI-powered ad optimization tools, where applicable, to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and content.
  • Automate repetitive tasks—such as report generation and initial creative variations—through AI workflows.

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE:

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition—ideally in Healthtech, SaaS, or consumer apps.
  • Proven track record in managing paid campaigns that generated measurable revenue growth.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and prompts to accelerate marketing and creative tasks.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, CRO, and user behavior.
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting performance data.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing paid media spend across channels
 Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working with designers on creative briefs and feedback.
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Experience in regulated industries (especially healthcare).
