About The Mobile-First Company

Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.

We’re changing that.

We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.

Our first product, AllĂ´, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.

Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.

We’ve raised +5 million dolars from Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.

What will you do:
  • You’ll contribute to the visual identity of a fast-growing tech company by designing clear, consistent, and thoughtful experiences across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.

  • You’ll work on mobile and desktop interfaces, with a focus on UX clarity and smooth animations that make the experience feel fast and polished.

  • You’ll create visual assets for product features, landing pages, ad campaigns, social media, and real-world formats like billboards and printed materials.

  • You’ll design micro-interactions and motion elements that enhance usability and bring personality to the interface.

  • You’ll help bring consistency to every visual surface, including the product UI, the website, social content, email signatures, and future brands.

  • You’ll use your design expertise to support internal discussions and help elevate the quality of everything we ship.

What you’ll be working on
  • Designing mobile and desktop interfaces with a focus on UX and motion

  • Creating visual assets and illustrations for product, marketing, and brand campaigns

  • Designing for social media, landing pages, and out-of-home formats like billboards

  • Crafting motion design and interface polish

  • Maintaining a consistent visual identity across product, website, social media, and print

What we’re looking for

1. Visual identity and systems

  • Strong design fundamentals with a sharp eye for typography, color, and layout

  • Ability to build scalable and coherent visual systems

  • Experience creating brand guidelines used across product, web, and marketing

2. Multi-channel design

  • Confident designing for digital (UI, website, social) and physical formats (billboards, print)

  • Ability to adapt one idea across different surfaces without losing impact

  • Comfortable working within and beyond existing design systems

3. Motion and craft

  • Familiar with motion design principles and tools like After Effects or Lottie

  • Focused on polish and interaction quality, not just static visuals

  • Care about visual storytelling and pacing in both product and marketing

4. Collaboration and thinking

  • You ask the right questions and push for clarity

  • You care about brand consistency and user impact

  • You’re a reliable creative partner who works well with product, growth, and content teams

5. Way of working

  • You’re autonomous, responsive, and proactive

  • You communicate clearly and iterate fast

  • You’re used to working with fast teams and evolving briefs

What matters to us
  • Strong portfolio with brand systems applied across digital and physical formats

  • Experience creating visual assets for product, web, social, and print

  • Proficient in Figma and Illustrator

  • Comfortable with motion basics (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)

  • Able to build and maintain scalable, consistent visual systems

  • Good understanding of mobile-first design principles

  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual clarity

  • You can communicate in English, since that's our official language. Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French.
