AlertMedia is looking for an impactful FP&A Analyst to support AlertMedia’s FP&A cycle, systems and processes. You will report directly into the VP, FP&A and will provide day-to-day operational support to AlertMedia and its executive leadership through planning optimization and functionality.

You’re a sharp, results-driven Financial Planning and Analysis professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You combine strong financial acumen with a get-it-done mentality, owning your work from start to finish. You’re detail-oriented and curious—eager to learn, analyze, and grow, while contributing meaningful insights to the team. You take initiative, ask smart questions, and are excited to build your skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What you get to do every day:

  • Support senior team members in building and maintaining financial models that support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, validate, and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Deliver monthly reporting packages, including budget-to-actual analysis and commentary on key variances
  • Execute ad hoc analysis with a sense of urgency, producing clear and insightful outputs that drive decisions
  • Rapidly assess large sets of financial and operational data to extract meaningful insights and trends
  • Continuously improve models, dashboards, and processes for efficiency, scalability, and clarity
  • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies—and take initiative to surface and resolve them in collaboration with others

What you bring to the role:

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, with the ability to troubleshoot formulas, build efficient models, and analyze complex datasets
  • Deep analytical thinking - you go beyond the numbers to deliver insight, not just output
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • A track record of taking ownership and following through on complex initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively and influence without authority
  • Proactive and resourceful, you’re not afraid to ask questions, chase down answers, and make things happen
  • Willingness to learn and grow under guidance, while also contributing independently
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance including FP&A, accounting or other analytical role within a growing business
