The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team a plays a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and financial transparency across the organization. We partner closely with teams across Trading, Technology, and Operations to deliver insightful analysis, maintain financial discipline, and support the company’s long-term growth. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

What You’ll Do
As an FP&A Senior Analyst you’ll collaborate with executives and leaders from cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. You will own and maintain key financial models such as monthly forecasting and scenario modeling to support annual planning and provide timely insights which influence decision-making at the highest levels.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing financial tools and workflows, while identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency across the FP&A function.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Management Accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience building reports on a regular basis in current role.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Most teams at CTC, with the exception of Trading, follow a hybrid workplace model, subject to change based on business need.
