Broadridge is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the CQG acquisition, a global business operating across multiple entities. Reporting directly to the BTCS Decision Support Director, this role will support senior leadership in Colorado, USA (MDT) and be responsible for FP&A activities including actuals reporting, forecasting, integration support, business insights, analytics, and monthly deliverables. This position plays a key role in helping leadership understand and optimize financial performance while ensuring controls and reporting standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed financial analysis on the performance of the CQG acquisition, including sales to revenue, cancellations and churn, trade-based revenues, T&M, and overall profitability, while maintaining budgets across the business.
- Partner with the CEO, operational teams, and senior leadership to analyze, forecast, and report business performance, and deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and performance against the acquisition business case.
- Serve as a key partner to CQG and Broadridge corporate development teams, helping track integration costs with diligence and supporting actions to mitigate shortfalls versus the approved business case.
- Lead the integration of CQG financial reporting into BTCS and Broadridge FP&A standards during the first-year post-acquisition to support a smooth transition after close.
- Support commercial financial planning for new CQG client contracts, including business case review, and partner with APAC FP&A and GTO pricing teams on strategic deals requiring dealco approval or local guidance.
- Own forecasting and reporting of revenue flash actuals for the CQG business, act as first-level approver for credit notes, and monitor accounts receivable risk.
- Partner with Financial Accounting and Revenue Management to ensure monthly close procedures are completed accurately and on time, while also supporting ad-hoc projects, reporting enhancements, process improvements, and management of one direct Financial Analyst in Cluj.
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified accountant or analyst with 4-8 years of experience in an international, multi-currency environment, preferably within the Fintech industry.
- Strong experience in FP&A, including actuals reporting, forecasting, business performance analysis, budgeting, and monthly close support.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and present financial data clearly and confidently to senior teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with consistent delivery of productivity, efficiency, and quality, and a passion for metrics and statistics.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and analysis of large datasets to identify trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting acquisition integration, including tracking integration costs and measuring performance against acquisition business cases.
- Experience working across global virtual teams, including partnership with colleagues in London, Cluj, Singapore, and other locations across EMEA and APAC.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI is desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions when necessary and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and a proactive, can-do approach to problem-solving in a changing environment.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000- $140,000 USD.
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
