This leader will work directly with the Supply Chain General Manager and Supply Chain Staff to enable operational performance, optimize supply chain strategies, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
In addition to FP&A responsibilities, a critical part of this role is directly supporting special projects across the supply chain organization, including, but not limited to Business Development opportunities, key acquisition integrations, financial systems projects, and various other supply chain-level strategic initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis: Lead supply chain finance teams in executing planning and reporting cycles, delivering comprehensive financial reports with variance analysis, and driving process automation to enhance transparency and streamline reporting across the supply chain function.
- Forecasting and Risk Management: Manage planning, forecasting, and pacing activities by leveraging data insights and operational expertise to identify material variances, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Foster engagement with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate financial positions, analyze operating results, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the supply chain organization.
- Operational Reviews and Consolidation: Own the consolidation and analysis of financial data for the supply chain’s Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Weekly Operating Reviews (WORs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting: Lead planning, forecasting, and pacing efforts for the supply chain function, utilizing data-driven approaches to articulate material variances, risks, and opportunities. Support the Supply Chain CFO in preparing presentations and materials for key reviews, including MORs, WORs, Wrap Reviews, Budget, Strategy, and Board of Directors meetings.
- Continuous Improvement Through FLIGHT DECK: Apply FLIGHT DECK methodologies to drive continuous improvement across all financial processes within the supply chain, fostering a lean and efficient operating model.
- Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate across supply chain teams to lead or support special projects, including developing business cases, conducting due diligence for business development, and spearheading supply chain-level cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university
- 6+ years of FP&A/Supply Chain Finance experience

The base pay range for this position is $150K-190K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 24th, 2025 .
