How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the entire business. Including assisting the CFO with board reporting, capital allocation decisions (tracking and reporting), and other high-impact projects
- Develop a view and enhance the use of NetSuite vs spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Lead cash forecasting to create weekly and monthly reports to support investment and working capital management
- Build and maintain robust models to forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow.
- Develop and enhance FP&A tools, processes, and reporting capabilities. Including templates and processes for monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including the integration of operational metrics
- Develop methodology for tracking fixed vs variable costs
- Assist in partnering with business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Work with accounting and other teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Report to CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
- Seamlessly partner with other stakeholders internally
What You Bring to the Team:
- 9+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
- Financial services and international experience
- Track record of managing a small FP&A team
- Strong technical modeling skills with mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, nested formulas, and scenario/financial modeling.
- Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights; experience building and maintaining dynamic dashboards is a plus.
- Experience partnering directly with a CFO and/or senior leadership team in a growth-stage or resource-constrained environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – 190,000 per year. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and employee performance. We are committed to transparent and competitive pay practices.
