We’re looking for a rare breed of growth leader to own our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — and architect the social virality and insanely high engagement that turns Robyn into a movement.

• Build and own Robyn’s social media engine from scratch — strategy, content, growth loops, creator campaigns, and all execution

• Create emotionally resonant, addictive content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

• Architect and run creator collaborations, DM campaigns, and UGC funnels

• Build out and manage a community flywheel — make Robyn the most talked-about thing in emotional AI

• Own growth KPIs: from engagement to referral rates, and eventually CAC to LTV

• Collaborate tightly with the founder to make Robyn feel iconic

• Experiment, move fast, learn what hits, double down — you're both the strategist and the engine

• You're obsessed with emotional tech, Gen Z culture, storytelling, and virality

• You’ve built a social following or taken a consumer brand from zero to obsession

• You’re a creator at heart — and a data-minded executor

• You move like a founder. You don’t wait. You create.

• You know TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and the messy reality of consumer growth

• You’re not afraid to test wild ideas — and you love proving them right
