As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be a critical interface between our product and our most strategic enterprise customers. This is not a traditional customer success or sales engineering role - it's a unique position that requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive transformative solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Embed directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement complex internal tool solutions
- Develop custom integrations, workflows, and applications using our platform that solve mission-critical business challenges
- Act as a technical advisor, translating complex customer requirements into scalable, innovative solutions
- Prototype and demonstrate advanced platform capabilities in high-stakes customer environments
- Provide real-time product feedback to our engineering team, directly influencing our product roadmap
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and reference architectures
- Navigate complex enterprise technical landscapes and organizational dynamics
You have:
- 3-5 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- A proven ability to rapidly prototype and develop production-ready applications
- Expert-level programming skills in at least two languages (Python and Javascript/TypeScript preferred)
- A strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and distributed systems
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous technical environments
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and full-stack application development
- Hands-on experience with integration development and API design
- Understanding of security best practices in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex data pipelines and transformations
Compensation for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 USD + a generous equity package.
