CareerOS is a B2B2C career platform serving 100+ top MBA programs worldwide - including Oxford, INSEAD, London Business School, Georgetown, and Notre Dame - along with 30+ employers. We help 500K+ users land jobs they love. We're a small, high-output team based in Barcelona, operating with American startup intensity - we ship fast, own our decisions, and push each other to do great work.

We just raised a multi-million dollar seed round. Now we're scaling.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with our co-founders for 6 months. You'll get exposure to everything - product, sales, marketing, hiring, finance, strategy. If you want to learn what it actually takes to scale a startup from the inside, this is the role.

Location: 📍Barcelona

What you'll actually do

You won't fetch coffee. You'll do real work across the business.

  • Drive cross-functional projects - Work across product, sales, and customer success on strategic initiatives that matter. You'll own projects, not just tasks.

  • Support the co-founders directly - Help with whatever needs doing - product decisions, sales calls, hiring, marketing, investor updates. The scope is wide because startups are wide.

  • Build financial and investor reporting - Help prepare board updates, investor materials, and internal dashboards.

  • Set up and track metrics - Support OKR definition, measurement, and analysis. Help us know if we're winning.

  • Run market and user research - Prepare analyses that inform product roadmap and strategic priorities.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

  • Recently finished (or finishing) a Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Strong analytical skills - You can take messy data and turn it into something useful

  • Comfortable with ambiguity - You'll figure things out without detailed instructions

  • Self-starter who can juggle - Multiple projects, shifting priorities, tight timelines

  • Excellent communication - Written and verbal; you'll interact with co-founders, investors, and customers

  • Fluent English

Strong signals:

  • Previous experience in startups, consulting, M&A, or investment banking

  • You've built something yourself - a project, a club, a side business

  • Genuine curiosity about how businesses work

What this role is NOT

Let's be honest about fit:

  • Not a laid-back internship - This is a startup. You'll work hard, learn fast, and be expected to deliver. We respect your time, but when we push, we push together.

  • Not remote - This is on-site in Barcelona. You'll sit with the founders and need to be present.

  • Not narrowly scoped - If you want a clean, well-defined internship in one department, this isn't it. You'll touch everything.

What you get
  • 6-month paid internship in Barcelona

  • Direct exposure to co-founders and leadership - you'll see how decisions actually get made

  • Hands-on experience across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations

  • Real responsibility and ownership from week one

  • Network in the Barcelona startup ecosystem

  • Team events - dinners, padel, offsites (we spent time in Italy last summer)

  • Great coffee and Coco, our office dog

Don't check every box but think you'd be great? Apply anyway. We care more about drive and curiosity than credentials.
