Description

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead the deployment and performance of our solution for our enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership role for someone equally comfortable in data, systems, and client conversations — someone who can own the full post-sale lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization, and translate complex data into measurable growth.

You'll work directly with growth, data, and engineering teams, serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, and drive real impact on core business metrics.

About Us

Voyantis was founded in 2020 on the premise that market fundamentals are shifting companies worldwide from growth-at-all-costs strategies to efficient and responsible growth practices, with a focus on improving Unit Economics. With a bold mission to leverage AI to reimagine the whole Growth process, to streamline this transition and ensure its sustainability, Voyantis eliminates the guesswork from customer value creation, empowering leaders with actionable strategies and tactics to acquire, nurture and retain the high-value customers their businesses really need, with the actions and the timing that would be most impactful to achieve their goals.

Leading companies like Miro, Rappi and Moneylion rely on Voyantis to effectively apply these predictions. They use Voyantis to drive high-value customer acquisition on platforms like Google and Meta, optimize incentives through Salesforce and Braze, and perfectly time upsells, resulting in a 20%-40% ROI uplift.

Voyantis is well-backed by top VCs such as Target Global and SquarePeg. The company has tripled in size annually over the past two years and now boasts a team of 70 with offices in California, New York and Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation across a small portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Adapt solution design, implementation, and data strategy to each customer's environment and goals
  • Monitor model and signal performance; identify issues and intervene early
  • Ensure strong match rates, data accuracy, and signal reliability
  • Design and structure pilots, including campaign selection, budget approach, and success criteria
  • Evaluate experiment performance, synthesize findings into clear insights, and define next steps
  • Help customers understand performance drivers and how to scale them
  • Own day-to-day execution across multiple engagements, coordinating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Lead ongoing customer communication and meetings with both technical and business stakeholders, including senior growth leaders
  • Set clear expectations, maintain alignment, and build long-term trust through reliability and strong outcomes
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture — with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in SaaS, adtech, martech, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, including test analysis and value-based bidding
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently analyze data using tools such as Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience with conversion tracking, server-side integrations, and attribution tools such as Meta Conversions API, GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar MMPs
  • Background in performance marketing, growth, or measurement
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

$140,000/year to $180,000/year + equity + benefits

* Voyantis is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
