Develop and maintain Flutter applications with product teams. Analyze architecture, implement scalable performant solutions, write Dart unit tests, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve code, UX, and app reliability. Native iOS/Android experience is a plus.
This is a remote position.
- Collaborate with other product team members to develop and maintain a growing set of applications and features.
- Analyze problems and consider existing architecture as well as future functionality when developing solutions.
- Optimization of the application for performance and scalability.

Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Dart/Flutter.
- 1.5+ years of unit testing experience in Dart.
- Having Native iOS and/or Android experience is a big plus.
- An excellent team player.
- Constantly thinking about improving the current code, usability, user experience. Having laser focus on making the app super amazing and helping the team and company succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In the new world of work from home, we expect the ideal candidate to over-communicate. Humility, collaboration, time management, and communication are as important as your technical skills.
- Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excited about writing quality code, trying new technologies, and playing well with others.
- Solid understanding of engineering and design best practices, especially as it relates to scaling high traffic and data heavy applications.
- Previous experience with designing, building, and scaling an application to support load changes related to growth.
- Comfortable in dealing with complexity, lots of moving pieces, coordinating with third parties, and cross-functional teams.
- Exquisite attention to detail, ability to identify and solve edge-cases.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and system.
